潍坊医学院是山东省省属全日制普通高等医学院校，坐落于山东半岛中部闻名遐迩的世界风筝都—潍坊市。学校1958年开始本科教育，1986年获硕士学位授予权，1998年获留学生招生资格。2008年以优秀成绩通过教育部本科教学工作水平评估。2012年获批服务国家特殊需求博士人才培养项目单位，2013年开始招收博士研究生。2017年顺利通过教育部本科教学工作审核评估,获批山东省博士学位授予立项建设单位，学校更名大学列入省高校设置“十三五”规划并报教育部备案。

Weifang Medical University (WFMU) is Shandong full-time medical university. It is located in the famous World Kite Capital Weifang City of Shandong Province. WFMU started undergraduate education in 1958 and was entitled to confer master’s degree in 1986. It received the qualification of enrolling international students in 1998. In 2008, WFMU passed the Undergraduate Teaching Evaluation of the Ministry of Education with outstanding achievements. In 2012, it was approved as the Doctoral Training Project Unit to serve special needs of the nation. It started to enroll doctoral candidates in 2013. In 2017, it was approved as Doctoral Degree Awarding Project Construction Unit of Shandong province.

一、康复医学院简介 | Introduction to School of Rehabilitation Medicine

学院现有康复医学与理疗学硕士学位授权点，康复治疗学（物理治疗和作业疗法）、运动康复和眼视光学3个本科专业，是山东省内最早开设康复相关本科专业的高校。学校为中国康复医学会单位会员、山东省医养健康产业协会理事单位、上海康复联盟理事单位和全国康复专科合作发展联盟单位，成立了全国首家中国肢体畸形残障医学展览馆。成立ICF研究院、康复健康研究院、康复工程研究院和智能康复研究院，设有物理治疗、作业治疗、运动康复、康复医学基础、听力与言语治疗、康复工程、传统康复、眼视光学基础、眼视光技术、双眼视觉教研室及康复医学、眼视光学实验室。学院积极对接“健康中国”战略和服务区域经济社会发展需求，将“大健康、大康复”理念贯穿教育教学全过程。

现面向国内外公开招聘博士研究生7名，欢迎广大有诚之士助力潍坊医学院康复教育事业发展。

The School of Rehabilitation Medicine now offers one Master Degree program in Rehabilitation Medicine and Physical Therapy and three undergraduate programs in Rehabilitation Therapeutics(including physical therapy and occupational therapy orientations) , Athletic Rehabilitation and Ophthalmology & Optometry. Weifang Medical University is the earliest university to offer undergraduate program of sports rehabilitation in Shandong Province. Weifang Medical University is one of the earliest members of Shandong Medical and Health Association, and a member of the China Rehabilitation Medical Association,  Shanghai Rehabilitation Alliance, and National Union of Cooperative Development of Rehabilitation. The School has established the first Chinese Medical Exhibition Center for limb deformity and disability. And also, the school has established ICF Institute, Rehabilitation Health Institute, Rehabilitation Engineering Institute and Intelligent Rehabilitation Institute. It has 8 teaching and scientific research departments of Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Sports Rehabilitation, Rehabilitation Medicine Basics, Hearing and Speech Therapy, Rehabilitation Engineering, Traditional Rehabilitation, Optometry Basics, Optometry Techniques and Binocular Vision, and is equipped with two laboratories of Rehabilitation Medicine and Ophthalmology & Optometry. The School actively meets the needs of the “Healthy China” strategy and serves regional economic and social development, with the concept of “Great Health, Great Rehabilitation” throughout the entire teaching process.

三、人才待遇 | Talent Benefits

对于A、B、C优秀博士，符合下列条件的，同时享受以下待遇：

（一）根据省委组织部、省人力资源和社会保障厅等8部门《关于实施2018年省属事业单位“青年优秀人才引进计划”的通知》（鲁人社发〔2018〕22号），对符合“青优计划”政策的博士积极申请“青优计划”，享受省财政3年15万元的补贴。

（二）全球TOP200高校（参照国际公认的三大世界大学排名体系）、全球自然指数排名在前100位的高校与科研院所和国内一流大学（一流学科）毕业的博士研究生，待遇可适当提高10-20%，在师资培养、科学研究等方面重点培养。

（三）引进人才待遇中的生活补贴是根据潍坊市人才政策，每月3000元，享受5年，共18万元，具体根据潍坊市有关政策执行。

（四）符合学校硕士研究生导师遴选条件的，优先聘任硕士研究生导师。
